I am 83 and have been on your program for 3 months. Lost 7 pounds. I am in good/excellent health but do have vertigo to make it a challenge. I have 18 of your excercise put into 3 groups and do one group twice every day. 6 feet and 213 pounds. On the excercises, I do a set of 6, two or three times a day with 10-15 reps each. I was an athlete in football, golf, and was a serious basketballer. Am looking for encouraging results from others. I also have mild Alzheimer's to make it a challenge. Let me know if there are programs you have that might help. Of all of the programs on the net, yours is the best by far. Bless you all, you add to the quality of many people's days.

Great video Mark! I turned 68 and my head hurts everytime I think about it. 😅 I just added a tweak to the bicycle crunch. Do the normal bicycle, then bring both elbows and knees for a full crunch. Then repeat... Go fairly slow. Multitasking 😊.

I've been shot in the abdomen .Restructure surgery 3 times I'll be 67 on Sep 12 I've got 2 inguinal hernias and I do this stuff almost daily every now and then I have to stop for a cpl weeks due to my complications. Go for it guys

Same rules apply when youre 20. Most people cannot get that lean without cardio and diet. I've learned over the years also that deadlifts alone will get you your abs. And that's a movement you can apply in everyday life to protect your back, knees and hips. It also got rid of my back pain.

@m 59, and i do @ least 5 days cardio. Recently ive really hotton into Core exercises. Ill incorporate these into my regimen 😃😃

😂 60... Well. I had a accident in 2014 what left me with 82% disability. And with that, I transformed from a "okay" figure to a potato bag (you imagine it and shake it off) 😂 My left arm has around 10-20% of power left. I should not lift my right arm higher than 60 degrees. So. What can I do to get in shape again? Right. From a depression after my accident and told by the insurance that I wouldn't go back to work - to moving in a warm / hot climate - away from freezing Canada - I started losing 30 pounds by changing what I was eating and a bit more exercise. It really is a positive influence if you live close to the beach and in a warm climate. But if I ever get ABS back? We have to see how my body is feeling. I'm a pain patient on top of all my other issues. 😅

I don't like that he never lifted his shirt to show the abs?
Side note: That's a lot of alcohol bottles in the background. How often do you drink and still maintain a six-pack? I find alcohol really sets my progress back.

I’m bringing my legs and hip as high as possible off the bench then lowering them slowly to the ground 3 sets decreasing from 100 .Do as possible to failure !!! Its a killer, that works👍💪

You DO NOT have to be in a calorific deficit, you just have to tackle the root cause of weight problems which will typically be INSULIN RESISTANCE.
By practicing INTERMITTENT FASTING and eating to your maintenance level (weight in pounds multiplied by 13) and by keeping your carbs as close to 100g daily, the weight will come off and it is SUSTAINABLE
