Thanks, Rachel. I loved this workout. It was challenging, but not so much that I felt I was straining. I love all the standing workouts, and I am loving the addition of the weights for the added strength training. Feeling great after this workout!

Thanks, Rachel. I hiked two days ago, and my legs were sore. But your exercises helped relieve that soreness. Please keep these ballet-inspired pilates coming. I have balance issues on my left foot, but I am hoping more exercises will strengthen that foot.

Rachel you articulated so well the essence of true Pilates. I came to your channel just before COVID, after I’d tried other YouTube Pilates sessions but none rang true- too many concentrated on the setting, the music etc without the true reality of getting the moves right. Loving the weight workouts. I am amazed at how you can come develop so many variations! I could do almost all of the balance exercises, though I had to use one hand on my counter to balance on a couple of them. I will keep challenging myself to do them.

Hi, just completed this class ....i did find balancing a challenge with 1 foot turned out and the other leg behind 😮....so need to do that again ....I do love the weights, so thankyou for challenging us all ❤
