I really hate these stupid questions all the time on boring interviews…when in reality the candidates are anxious, nervous and all have memorised almost the same answers from internet. Instead of these, I would rather let them to be genuine, to have a friendly and relaxed conversation, to be joyful offering a coffee, then I would prepare them for the job and let them to work if they really want to work. Stop, these formal interviews!
Where will you be in the next 5 years? Really??? A question with no sense. I don’t know where I will be in few months, how can I know where I will be in 5 years? Maybe I will land on other Planet…

My problem is, whenever I go to a job interview, no matter how much researching of the company I do and how much I practice the general interview questions, I completely freeze up, my mind goes blank when it comes to the actual interview and forget what I practiced.
