✨THE WORKOUT: 30-Minute Bodyweight HIIT Workout (Zero30 Day 5)✨

► EQUIPMENT: None!

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 3 Circuits (each circuit contains 2 STRENGTH exercises and 2 HIIT/POWER exercises)
✔️ Timed Intervals (40 Seconds of Work, 20 Seconds of Rest)
✔️ Repeat Each Circuit x 2 Sets
✔️ Includes Mobility Warm-Up and Cool Down Stretching

►Workout Outline:
1️⃣CIRCUIT ONE: LOWER BODY
1) 2-Pulse Squat
2) Alternating Toe Touch Squat Jumps
3) Reverse Lunge Front Kick + Reverse Lunge Rear Kick
4) Lateral Lunge + Split Jump

2️⃣CIRCUIT TWO: UPPER BODY
1) Push Up + Alternating Arm Punch
2) 2 Army Crawls + 1 Burpee
3) Standing Lat Pull Down + Chest Press
4) 2 Jabs + 2 Overhead Punch Jacks

3️⃣CIRCUIT THREE: TOTAL BODY + CORE
1) 2 Lateral Shuffles + Squat Jump
2) Push Up + Step In To Squat Hold
3) Roller Boats
4) Single Sided Crunches

Lindsey, I have been doing workout videos on YouTube as my main source of exercise for over 10 years now, but you are seriously my favorite YouTube workout instructor. I love how your workouts are geared towards FUNCTIONAL fitness and have found a truly holistic benefit from your videos. You show God’s goodness and light through your positivity and I admire your determination so much. Keep on doing what you’re doing! It would be an absolute dream to do a class with you in person someday, but either way thank you for always encouraging and empowering us to be strong women! <3

I ... can't...breathe...I...am ... so proud... of myself...I ...did ...it....I am really proud of myself that I actually did the whole week!!! My age is an unlisted number but since I actually finished I will tell only you Ms. Lindsey (haha) ...I am 61...there were a couple of moves I just could not get down but I worked thru it and am very, very HAPPY (and very, very sweaty, dripping!!) (my profile pic is approx 6 years old...need to update) ONCE AGAIN...A GREAT WORKOUT!!!

I can finally do push ups on my feet!! 14 months postpartum I can do it now! I've only been doing your workouts for awhile now when I can and I can't get enough of them! I repeat them all the time too

I loved it! Unfortunately I hurt my ankle in the middle of my workout because smart me was wearing socks in a wooden floor at home and slipped! I actually ended up doing it again later when I felt better but I did the low impact version which helped a lot :D You always keep us motivated Lindsey!
