Been doing it for about a week and a half now with about 2-3min per exercise. I can definitely see the results. My veins are poping out like crazy and they never did that before, i couldnt even see them and the muscles are more defined. Also my forearm is way harder than it was. Great video, short and simple and great, short and very effective exercises.

To any ladies wondering if this works; GOD it does! The pain is worth it, it means its working, let the burn be your motivator because it sure is mine. I've been doing this for about three weeks now as a finisher to another arm workout and I can feel the muscle that built in my forearms without even flexing and it's satisfying knowing I got to this point. It makes me feel so strong and so confident. Wishing EVERYONE luck, taking breaks is better than quitting, love yourselves

So here is my update. I started working again out on 12/7/19 as a fresh start, so that’s day 1, but I didn’t start doing this forearm workout until 12/11/19 which is four days after my first day. I workout 6 out of 7 days of the week. One rest day a week. My rest day is every Friday. Rest days are important. Today is 12/28/19. So as of now I have only did the forearm workout for 15 days and regular working out for 19 days. After 15 days, I already see progress. My veins stick out way more now and are visible on my arm at all times and my forearms are bigger. My veins didn’t use to stick out at ALL, but now they do. I’m planning on doing a full 30 days to see the results. If you want me to keep you updated and keep updating this comment let me know.

(Edit) (Almost 4 months later) Update - Last time I updated this comment it was 12/28/19. Today is 4/7/20 and I still have been doing this workout consistently, but with increased intensity here is what happen. So it’s been exactly 76 days in counting from 12/28/19 to 4/7/20 of me doing this workout. At day 49 out of That 76 I started doing his 10 minute forearm workout. The 5 minutes were no longer enough. I had to Increase. What I can say about my forearms is they are no longer skinny. They are a lot more muscular now. It’s like my forearms are getting well toned at this point. They are visibly bigger also. My veins are thicker. My workout routine as of today is workout 5 days a week with two rest days being Friday and Saturday. Again, I no longer do his 5 minute forearm workout. I do his 10 minute forearm workout. As my forearms get stronger and stronger. I increase the time and it has been working.

Today officially makes 1 week and boy did i see results wont say it made my forearms bigger but it did make me veins pop out more which i love so yeah i will update again after i finsh week 2 and see if i can get some more awesome results 😎👊
