Give this intense 5 minute at home leg workout a try! You get a full legs workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted leg workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your legs will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

You know I've gained almost 20 pounds with these 5 min workouts (along with our own workouts) and eating a lot. These are great for muscle strengthing and growth.

Hard to say which one is better - here I enjoyed the stretching sensation in my (tight) hammies and also the cardio towards the end of the workout.  Thanks Mike!

I've been following your home workout routines for a few months now and I have to say that they're really great - there's such a big variety and you always answer every comment! But what I was wondering is: is it better to do one workout like 4 times or something or can you mix them? I've tried both but idk is one better for gains? 🔥💪😅
