Since everyone who did the first lower ab routine was seeing great results, here's a second routine so you can switch things up! Give this intense 5 minute at home lower ab workout a try! You get a full lower abs workout without having to leave your house. Also, this would work as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted ab routine as a finisher since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective and will help get rid of that belly fat to bring out that six pack! Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

NOTE TO EVERYONE:

In the first exercise, you actually SHOULD cross your legs so that you stop using your hip-flexor and activate your lower abs instead.

This is the best workout channel I've seen all along.... Seriously man..I'm morbidly obese and lost all hope..but your top and middle ab exercises yielded not thinning down but I can see abs forming....in all a week of work....You're amazing man....Thanks for Everything
