Give this intense 5 minute at home back workout a try! You get a full back workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted back workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your back will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

I found out for your channel in the early summer this year.. I wanted to get fit for the beach and in general. What I can say is that all by those holy 5 min routines I made so much progress and a sick six pack for my age. :D And after so many weeks of training I just realized you only have like 220k subs which in mine opinion is nothing for channel like yours. I want to thank you "aliens" xD for these workouts and wish you the amount of subs you really deserve!

Never seen anyone on YouTube with this much knowledge about building muscle and loosing weight without using any type of machines and I really appreciate it man. I did a full arm workout using your videos and damn I’m sore!

I’ve been doing 100 push ups/100 bicycle crunches a day as my only work out for over a year now. (I have 4 kids and not much time) Over this past month I’ve been getting terrible tension headaches stemming from my upper back. I went to a Masseuse who said I needed to work on my back muscles to even the tension out. I’ve been doing your workouts a few times now and on the days I do it I’m not getting headaches! Plus I enjoy working my back as well. Thanks so much for the efficient, home, no equipment work outs. I so appreciate it!
