Give this intense 5 minute at home bicep workout a try! You get a full biceps workout without having to leave your house. Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym more toward the end of your weighted bicep workout since it's bodyweight only. Routines like this are great for those who travel and want to get a workout in too! No weights are needed. Your biceps will be feeling it the next day due to how effective this circuit is! 5 exercises, the first 4 are 30 seconds long each arm, then the last exercise uses both arms together for a full minute. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!

If you do not feel the workout, that truly means that YOU are not pushing hard enough. Think about it, you are generating the force by pushing against the curl. Not only do you control how hard you push and how much focus you place on the bicep, but you're making your body work against itself. It's a constant challenge and you should feel it right from the start! No limits!!

its really hard to find no equipment biceps workouts and this one is great to your body and self-dicipline, you need to know that youll only get results if YOU get hard on yourself

I'm someone who's at least tried every single intense workout on this channel; at home (bodyweight), dumbbell, resistance band, advanced gym workouts, tabata ones, etc and if you push yourself, there is not one workout that isn't amazing and effective and allows you the ability to constantly progress. This is the only channel I strongly support because Mike offers the best content you could ever need if you just give it a try. It seriously is much harder than it looks. Always. I hope you all can relate to my experiences with these workouts and Anabolic Aliens. Just the best out there

5 year old video but it’s absolutely amazing. My social anxiety is too much to go into the gym and I’m also a poor student so these videos really help and I’m seeing a real difference over the past 2 months.

It’s not just the workoits though the motivation throughout the video is so so helpful it makes it easier in a way. And seeing you also struggle with it and need to “shake it out” makes me feel better and shows it’s a tough workout.
