Hi Mam I am 20 years old I am suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis and have been on antibiotics for 2 years I am studying as a professional could you please upload a video for yoga? I have taken Ayurveda treatment has helped me a lot to reduce my inflammation and swelling but now I can't afford that due to financial issues. I have taken physiotherapy for 1 year now I can't continue that treatment due to financial issues. Could you please upload a video for the students who suffering from RA pls? From the age of 15, the word pain entered my life from there onwards started consulting several doctors and have taken different types of antibiotics At last at the age of 19 came to know the disease RA now I am under treatment of an RA specialist plss upload a video regarding this issue Mam it's a humble request due to financial issues can't able to take treatment. Now I am also suffering from sinusitis I do not know what to do I am having my classes online what do I have to do exam are on the way mammals help me? Mam Pls
