The best part of this video is that she does not assure you saying 'oh.. everyone is beautiful.. size does not matter' but tells you exactly the reality of your health and importance of trying to shed that belly fat!

I have stubborn belly fat.. it has been ages since I've been trying to burn it but it is hard so I understand how difficult it is to stay motivated to keep going even when the results are not as fast as one would expect!
