just tell people to consume raw cacao. you can't get any darker than that. all the other ingredients in chocolate are not beneficial.

But when you’re eating dark chocolate aren’t you getting sugar in there which damages the cells in the first place which is why we need anti-accidents? It seems counterproductive. If you were eating the cacao and your coffee with a sweetener that seems like it would be affected but Tina and a candy bar with a bunch of sugar just seems Counterproductive when you could just have the big cans walnuts cauliflower artichokes kale spinach turmeric cinnamon a vitamin C tablet and all these other options with all that sugar, is that wrong?

Thanks for this video. I found it helpful and I guess it is always best to have the antioxidants from the real food. I have a question to ask. I know there are many different antioxidants supplements in the market, some of which I have used or currently use. But, I keep hearing that even the so called "most reliable" antioxidants do not have enough clinical back up on human trials. In other words, they are still not proven in humans. I may be wrong, but I come across this again and again. Though there may be some theories that they are helpful, I simply don't like to idea of using something without proof. My question is that is there any antioxidants that are safe and proven on human trials? Or, is there any holistic antioxidants that also works for the body? Thanks.

How much more antioxidants does dark chocolate contain over blueberries. Like with your omega 3 amounts in grass versus grain fed beef. It's all relative. Not sure if eating dark chocolate over blueberries is worth it by your video.
