Freaking awesome! Thanks so much coach! I'm your age so really appreciate these training tips. .. BTW just on the issue of Testosterone enhancement: are you familiar with Pine Pollen? I've just started taking and wow this stuff is potent to the point where if I take too much it makes me aggressive AF lol.. .you should look into this if you haven't already. 👍

The Russian one leg dead lifts I know I'll struggle with cause my balance is off. But I'll still try. This is a good one! Thanks! 👍

I'm going to try the push-up/renegade row in my next workout.

I've tried the renegade row before and have trouble feeling it though - I'm careful with my form.
I'd like to give it another try because it seems like a great exercise!
Any suggestions?
