Thanks for this tip. Fennel seeds are good. My right eye was itching, and I was having issues reading very fine prints. I started taking fennel seed tea, morning and night, and it stopped and my vision is much better.
Here is the tea. I put one tea spoon of fennel seeds or powder,
1/4 teaspoon of clove.
One tea bag of green tea, .
One tea bag of mint.
One tea spoon of ginger or one thumb size of fresh grated ginger,
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
Add all the ingredients in two cups of water, bring to a quick boil, turn off the stove and allow to steep for 3 minutes. Strain the tea with a sieve or strainer you can add lemon for taste and enjoy. I drink this morning and night, but the night tea, I add chamomile for relaxation and if you must add green tea for the night tea, use non caffeinated green tea if you are sensitive to caffeine or if it keeps you awake.

I will incorporate African marigold, and bilberry for the night tea

Also eat plenty of leafy greens: kale for example is one of the best sources for lutein.

Nettle is good for eyes, Blueberries, Bilberries and Elderberries all good for the eyes. Red Seaweed has Astaxathin which is good for the eyes. I eat Sushi Nori sheets too

A supplement called axthaxanin can help vision and eye health plus it acts as a natural SPF to your skin in the sun. DHA fish oil can help too. Just make sure it's certified to be bpa and heavy metal free. Ginkgo biloba has been proven effective for vision acquity as well as brain memory. This natural stuff is tremendous in our health.
