summary
1. Print out snellen charts and keep a distance where you see slightly blur. Do eye exercises and check for clarity change. DO NOT Fixate your focus but constantly shifting focus and see the clarity change.
2. Active Focus - when you are able to see letters less blurry after a natural blink (without squinting). This will last longer as your eye muscles get stronger and refractive error changes with intensive eye exercises and practice with peripheral vision.
3. Reduce prescription of your current glasses (refer to the link below)
4. Be outside in the sun especially between 8am to 11 am
5. Reduce screen time - small screen and small texts in closer than full arm's length damages further
Caution: Sungazing is not safe. I've done more like peripheral sung gazing. Please wear proper sun protection ie) sunglasses, sun protection for your skin if you are under the sun. Please note that this is my personal experiment and what I found to be Top 5 habits that helped improve my vision in 2 months. I encourage you to share your experience of what you found to be helping your vision improvement as well. Thank you,

From personal experience, the morning sun exposure ( sunrise to just before 10.am) definitely works. Also, sunset exposure IF you are able too. Don't stare directly at the sun. Just look in the general direction of where the sunlight is coming from.

It's really kind of you to take time off your schedules and answer even the recent inquiries. So thank you so much :)
I got my glasses 2 years ago. I had -1.0 myopia in both eyes but the fear that I might live like this for my entire life was far too bigger. So I researched everywhere and after finding out that after 20, eyes stop developing and the damage remains permanent after that, I made it my goal to reduce my myopia or atleast stop its progression. I tried everything, from eye exercises and 20/20/20 rule to using a laptop from more than an arm length away instead of my phone and reducing my screen time as much as possible aside from my online classes. I'm 19 now and I feel like it's only gotten worse, probably more than 2.0. If I read books for more than 30 minutes, even the things 2 feet away look blurry and not even my glasses help with that. And that is affecting my studies and life a lot. So please tell me if there's anything else aside from the instructions in the video that'll help me with that temporary blurriness. It'd be a lot of help. Thank you.

This is great .
Going from 20/60, to 20/20.
Took me one year.
I use a plus lens for all close work.
Once at 20/20, no more minus lens glasses.

I have myopia. I've been wearing glasses for a year. The doctor said that my eyes got even worse than when I started to wear glasses. Now it's 2.25. My average screen time is 5-6 hours per day. And I'm trying to reduce it. Will I be able to get rid of the glasses? How can I get my normal eye vision back?

I went without glasses for a year because I couldn't afford to get a pair.

When I went to go get my driver's license I didn't even have to use glasses to pass the eye exam.
I drove for about another year before I decided I really needed glasses at night because my night vision was really bad. My eyesight has steadily gotten slightly worse since getting glasses again.

The only reason I can attribute it to not being a faster process is because as soon as I come home I take my glasses off and they don't go on again unless I drive or go to work.

This video has piqued my interest. I’ve been wearing glasses 24/7 (except sleep ofc)for about 6 years now. Every eye test I have had my eyesight has gotten worse. I’ve also noticed in recent times it is getting worse. Interesting video (can’t wait for more)

My hint is: notice the floor around you while doing everthing, really pay more attention to the floor than the area where you are looking at. In another words, anchoring your whole perception to the floor, yourself, your nose, shoulders, then you slowly "share" this perception to the thing you are looking at. Even wearing glasses.
While wearing weaker glasses you will get more flashes of clearity doing it.
Your full prescription does this without you knowing, it brings you back to yourself, it puts you in a contemplative state of you and things that are nearer and surrounds you. In a technical way, the light gets converged in front of your eyeballs, shinning light in the whole surface of your eyes. Your task is constantly makes your eyeballs do the task by getting aware of your near surrounds all the time.

Have about -0.75 D in both eyes (I guessed the value, since I can still read the whiteboard 5 m away so it can't be worse than that)
I am not going to give up and subscribe to glasses forever
I am really to spend years to practice active focus and fix that
