Good to see someone actually helping people fix the Root cause of medical issues instead of treating the symptoms. Like physicians continuously prescribing stronger glasses year after year. It was proven long ago that glasses actually make our vision deteriorate more. Thanks for the great information sir.

*Optic Flow* so this is why roadtrip feels so good. Even just having a ride on a bus from work or from somewhere being near the window and watching everything passby so fast feels refreshing.

life hack, if you are nearsighted, go watch a movie like once a week or so, [sit mid-way back or far back] and looking at the movie from far away for about 2 hours will strengthen your far sighted vision, at least for a day or two. Its really cool to see the change so fast, try it out and really pay attention before and after the movie. I know for a fact this works at least short term and its way more fun than looking at some trees in the distance for half an hour or whatever. Also hang out outside after the movie for the daylight benefits too if it is day anyway.

I just wanna say that all he said is truth...I got a big problem with my eyes and started using glasses but a friend from Hong Kong told me better start eating a lot of fish and forget the glasses cuz it was going to get worse plus by instinct I started to spend time everyday outside at the sun...that was 15 years ago and my sight is like the eagle to this day also I love to spend time by nature so that help me a lot too.

I quit glasses years ago and my eyes have improved. I’m 58 yo and my vision is improving. I do eye exercises periodically as well. I will add in less sunglass time now. Thanks ❤👀

Just went outside without my multifocals and I can see, not clearly far away, but clearly up close. I definitely don't need glasses for near sighted but far sighted needs practice. I should have listened and go outside more. Will do that without glasses till I don't need my glasses anymore. Thank you so much!

Plants do the same thing... they sense the ratio of red to far-red light to know day and even seasons. So cool life/biology.

Question: My eyes are very sensitive to bright light, so I basically never go outside without wearing sunglasses. At 70, I haven't had cataracts either, which I attribute to always wearing sunglasses. I do have huge windows in my house and get a lot of natural light through them. Is that kind of light sufficient for my eye health, or would I still need to try to do at least two hours daily in the sun without sunglasses? I'm not sure how much of that time my eyes would actually be open because they'd be watering profusely, but for the sake of my eyes, I'm willing to try. I've worked at a computer for years, so have noticed deterioration in distance sight and also have to use reading glasses, which I would LOVE to do without!
