I like Dr seheult bc I've followed him for long before any of his covid videos that got him viral. Still think about some of his lectures in my clinical practice. Very few people on YouTube that I can actually trust and you're one of them

I've improved my vision correction prescription by 1/3. In my 50's. I credit am sunshine, whole animal foods, and practicing uncorrected vision.

Anyone who's been watching this excellent channel and hasn't purchased a Red/NIR lamp, hasn't been paying attention.
In addition to getting outside, I use my lamp throughout the year and now I look at the Red light (from across the room) for 3 minutes, first thing in the morning, once a week. That's in addition to routine NIR usage, most of which I learned from Dr Seheult.

you might have mentioned that 670 nanometer NIR frequencies are more prevalent at sunrise and sunset for maximum benefits

I knew it!
This is so encouraging to hear this confirmation.
My eyes were badly affected by the injectable poisons, and once I started taking Melatonin (with the other nutriceuticals that I take), my mitochondria generally began to work properly, and I had more energy suddenly.
My night blindness was reversed, and the white sparkles intermittently experienced with black dots like dying pixels on a screen, all went away.

Probably getting sunlight in this way as well as getting out in nature could have actually prevented the need for corrective lenses for the majority of school aged children going all the way back to the '60's and beyond. That would not have been good for vested interests that expected a constant stream of business from glasses and upgraded prescriptions every few years. Maybe the doctor can speak to why it is that prescription glasses don't address the root cause, and in fact the prescription always moves towards increased magnification.

Very interesting thanks. Food for thought. There was a book "North to the Night" by Alvah Simon who over-wintered in the Arctic on his yacht. When there was the faintest sliver of sunlight he would strip off and let his body soak up the sun. Stayed healthy throughout despite restricted food supplies.

Very interesting thanks. Deep red light is only seen around dawn, but would there be some benefit also in going out when awakening maybe two hours after sunrise?
