Very true, I was diagnosed with cataracts last year and also with kidney issues. Due to financial constraints I just resorted to a healthy diet. Guess what! After 3 months of eating carrots, leafy greens and tuna salmon and bangus I can see a lot better or "very better". It's true that you are what you eat.

EVERYTHING mentioned is true and works for me!...I'm currently a healthy 67 year old woman. I walked 7 days s week, eat a flexible vegetaranian way of eating and moderate exercise and light hand weights!..I more of a Mediterranean diet way if eating...I do Not drink alcohol, smoke, do drugs...I do NOT eat fast food or frozen foods and drinks...I do NOT eat red meat or pork and sugary foods and DRINKS NO SALT, DELI MEAT, BREAKFAST MEATS, ....Now, for years I needed eye glasses for distance, BUT the past 5 years now, my eye sight reversed itself and I no longer need eye glasses for distance, NO glaucoma, immaculate degeneration, constriction. NO cataracts, etc.... IT REVERSED itself due to cooking ALL my meals at home, fresh fruit and vegetables every single day, NO longer ear ice cream or baked goods!...I NEVER drink sodas, fruit juices or sugary drinks, bread, and I consume NO white rice, bread, sugar pasta, etc...I DO drink LOTS OF WATER!...I eat nuts, kale, blueberries, fresh carrots, sweet potatoes in the skin baked, extra virgin olive oil, little eggs, plain Greek yogurt and cheese, fresh garlic, kiwis, apples, and other fresh fruit...lots of broccoli, collards, brussel sprouts, lots of red peppers and onions, little red potatoes...lean chicken breast and turkey...wild caught salmon, halibut, little tuna and sardines, Also lots of oatmeal, cream of wheat, Sherri is, etc ....I also maintain my yearly and no yearly health maintainence with moderate REALLY DO FIT, NO MEDS, NEVER HAD HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, LOTS OF ENERGY, SLEEP BETTER, CLEAR MIND/GOOD MEMORY, NO BRAIN FOG, FIRM BODY, NO WRINKLES, CLEAR DARK AND SMOOTH SKIN, GREAT WEIGHT, HEALTHY HAIR, GREAT BONES PER DEXA SCAN,

I took Bilberry for 2 months. When I went back to the eye Dr. He said my eyes had greatly improved since my last visit. I still take it. The last time I went to the eye Dr. Iwas told I no longet need glasses!

Yes, knew that. Love Carrots. Always try to keep carrots around. Love Spinach and Kale. Like certain fish. Love berries. Love nuts and seeds. Seems like I'm on the right path. Have peanuts a few hours before going to bed.
