Enjoy doing this as a nice stretch prior to going to bed.Used to have pain in my knees and legs in the morning but am not having that experience after this nice gentle head to toe stretch.Thank you Sue Lynn 😊

I tried this chair yoga today and it helps me with my breathing. I think people do not pay attention to how important it is to inhale and exhale while exercising. I believe we are lazy by nature and do breathe correctly all day. Thank you Sue for sharing this program.
