I have been doing this particular workout every alternate morning since a month now and I can tell you this actually works. There are very few workout videos that I have watched which actually gets every part of the core every time. If you can pull this through every day as a part of your workout or on its own and be patient, I am sure the results will start showing. My core is much tighter now and my core strength has been improving . Your channel deserve a lot more recognition and I wish you all the very best.

I lost 3 kg (6.6 pounds) in 8 days with this workout, But the only exercise will not help, you also need to work on your diet.

Got to 20 minutes and I was dead. How this woman continues to talk through this workout is incredible😳. She's easy on the eye aswell

I will save this one and do again! Such a great workout. I got a kick out of the 12 counts getting mixed up and a few times there was a left knee or foot when it was suppose to be a right, but thats what kept me engaged and focused on the screen instead of the pain! This is the best core yoga/workout to do after a long run.Thank you for this great video!:)

I'm so much better at it now!! Been doing it three times a week for a month now. In the beginning I couldn't even do for 5 minutes and now I'm doing all her moves. My flexibility, ROM and strength increased. Less pain than it was in the beginning..Practice makes it better and she's amazing! ❤️👏❤️
