5 Exercises

Med Ball Jump Squats – 10 reps
Med Ball Russian Twists – 10 Reps (10 per side)
Med Ball Side-to-Side Plyo Push Ups – 10 reps (10 per side)
Med Ball Reverse Lunge – 10 reps (10 per side)
Med Ball Burpees – 10 reps

Perform this circuit 6 times with 1-minute break in between
