Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

This is perfect.
I probably said home for a week being sick. So I've had to do a lot of home workouts with the few dumbbells and medicine ball I have (which sucks even more cuz I was just getting back into the playground losing the weight). I've been running out of ideas how to mix it up. This is perfect love it❤️💪🏋️
