Tap in with us for a 20 minute HIIT workout with a medicine ball! This workout gives you the best of both worlds with strength and high intensity movements. We specifically used a slam ball, but you can use pretty much any medicine ball without having to make many modifications. This is an effective way to get in some resistance training while adding some variation to your normal routine. Be sure to give this a try and let us know how you did!

I usually don’t comment, just hit the like button, but since I had just got a 15 lb medicine ball a month ago, I said let me try this. I’m sweating up a storm. I wish I had a smaller ball lol. I already have your app. This workout was it!!!!

I am watching THIS video for my workout tomorrkw !! This morning I just saw a picture of medicine ball work outs and tried a handful. I’m actually looking forward to this! My twins are 2 and I gained a whole extra person with that pregnancy I have never been this big in my life. I’ve been dieting for about 10-11 days I’m down 10.5 lbs!! My Goal is 150 but my desired weight would be 130 but 150 I feel is a healthy weight but I really hope u get to 130 starting out weight is 225.9lbs (I want to round up to 226 but I don’t wanna say I lost more than I did 😂😂😂) thank you for making these videos!

Yup! Frontal, sagittal, transverse plane movements. Protocols to improve stretch shortening cycle. Proper warmup with active stretching. Modifications demonstrated.
As a fitness professional I say they absolutely hit the mark. Well done!

Ummm, Ma'am, Sir...that finisher did just that... FINISHED ME! I went up in my ball weight for this and to say that I was done when this one was over is an understatement. Man, that was a darn good workout. LOVE LOVE LOVED IT 💪🏾. Keep em coming👍🏾

I take HIIT workouts in studio 4 times a week, and this is the funnest most challenging workout I've had yet! Love you two!!!

Thank you for a great workout. Unfortunately I have stiff and weak wrists joint pain, so too much strain on my hands and wrists is difficult. I'll have to screen through some of your other medicine ball work outs to see how I might modify some of the exercises to keep the strain on my wrists to a minimum.

Love this workout. I have gone back to it again and again. You don't need my advice or to make changes for me, but if there is no time to add a quick cooldown, a link at the end that leads to one of your cool downs would be great for future videos. Thanks for getting me back in my workout groove! Been doing one of you videos everyday for about three weeks! Thank you!

Phew!! That was a good sweat :)
Since I don't have a medicine ball (I'm trying to keep it very basic with my fitness equipment cause I know myself, once I let myself start shopping, I'll have my room packed with fitness stuff I use like 2 times a year xD), I just used my kettlebell, and yes, also did the tossing - guess these are exactly the situations all those disclaimers & "attempt at your own risk" notes are for :D
But I got outta there with no smashed face, actually worked pretty well :)

Do this as often as possible. Love it. I use a 12kg ball and it's a good push 😊 Keep up the good work guys!!
