It DEFINITELY works. I did this for 1 month and I can see the change from week 1. Also my friends and my family saw it too ! My legs are not jiggly anymore and also my thighs get slimmer !! I'm sooo so so happy thank you !

ONCE YOU START DON'T STOP! It's been two weeks doing this everyday and my thighs are slimmer and more toned. As I walk I see a bit of muscle definition. I'm walking very confidently because there is so much tightening where as before I could feel the jiggle. My butt is firm as well and when I walk I feel the tightening. No growth in my butt which I'm glad about because I like a small and just lifted/toned butt.

OMG! I have been doing this workout for about 3 days and some cardio, I notice AN AWESOME physical difference, My legs are getting slimmer surprisingly and my thigh gap is getting larger. This workout is great! Do it everyday for Great results. But its crazy how some running and this workout just click, especially just in 3 days!

I have been doing this workout regularly for 2 weeks now, and I have already lost 2 inches in each thigh, however; I am also doing cardio prior to this workout along with a cleanish diet with a few cheat meals here and there! This workout is what I end my workout session with! I LOVE IT! the most effective one I have found so far and it also helps your stomach shed fat as well!

Guys don't forget to stretch your legs before and after this because then your legs will look more bulky rather than lean/graceful!

I've been doing this for probably about a month?? not sure but im gonna assume it's been about that long and my legs are so much slimmer. I'm a very insecure person about my body and every time I look in the mirror now I actually feel somewhat proud of my legs, even in my dance class, there's mirrors everywhere and before I was doing this it would be hard for me to look at myself and not think "oh God.. is this really what I look like???" but now I think "wow, I actually don't look too bad" of course I still am trying to make some more changes but I'm honestly so happy with the results this far, so who know what I'll look like after 2 months!! if you want to try this workout, I highly recommend it, it slims down your legs, and doesn't really build up a lot of muscle, just burns fat (at least for me) so if that's what you're looking for, this workout is for you

Everyone, this workout *WILL NOT* bulk your legs by muscle gain, your simply working your muscles which will burn your leg fat, making your legs toned. If you are to bulk up your legs you would need to do some hardcore body building, because trust me, bulking your legs to a significant extent would be very hardcore, weighted workouts.

Reading some of these comments I have to say some of you are mis-informed, these exercise will tone and define your legs they will not make your legs big even if you use weights, women do not have enough testerone to bulk up, especially with exercise such as these.
Also continuos cardio such as running shreds muscle and muscle helps burn fat so therefore the more tone and defined you are the more effective your body will be at burning fat. I find a good mixes of all exercise and a balanced diet ( everything in moderation) works. There are no quick fixes to get a body like Rebecca will take time, work and discipline.

Seriously, do these 4 every day + cardio for 30 minutes - 1 hour and you WILL see results within the first few days.

Been doing this for about good two weeks and it's definitely resulting in more toned, less jiggly legs.

Like any exercise, if you do plie squats with a higher amount of weight and and low amount of reps (3-6), it will add bulk to your legs. However, if you do these without weight and for longer sets, it becomes a toning exercise!

everyone stop obsessing over thigh gaps, thigh gaps come to those who have a specifically structured pelvis (hips) i know some of the skinniest girls who dont have thigh gaps so try not to stress over it too much :) just focus on being more fit and healthy :)

Wasn't planning on coming back and commenting but I just wanted you all to know that doing this and simply running every so often is literally a miracle worker. My thighs are "straightish" if that's the word?? And soooo toned and I love the results. I'm 15 but doing this once a day for a week made such a suprising result! (:

This is one of the best legs workout so far. I have been doing this workout for about 3 weeks ( once a day ) and now not only Im feeling the change but also my family and friends. Keep going and you’ll see the result at the end.
