When she said "imagine you are a kpop idol and you're on stage, millions of people are watching you, you can't give up now" i really felt bad for the kpop idols for how hard they work without resting for even a second.
It got me remember the scene when Yoongi's shoulder was hurting like hell but he still kept on dancing cause he was on the stage🥺
they should have a good rest.

Right thigh: 44.5 left thigh: 45 cm
Day 1: done!
Day 2: done! (My legs are BURNING)
Day 3: done! (It was a bit easier today)
Day 4: done! (The circles still kill me)
Day 5: done!!!
Day 6: done! (One more day left :D)
Day 7: I'm done!!
Results: Right: 43.5 Left: 43.5

I started this workout yesterday along with April Han‘s leg workout
My legs now (yesterday)
Right leg : 21 inches / 54.1cm
Left leg: 21.1 inches / 54.5cm
Day 1 : completed
Day 2 : completed
Day 3 : completed
Day 4 : completed
Took a break yesterday, but I'll do it 2 times today
Day 5 : completed (ngl I see a lil thigh gap which I didn’t have before)
Day 6 : completed
Day 7 : Completed
RESULTS 🥳
Right thigh : 20.6 inches / 52.9
Left thigh : 20.8 inches / 53.6

I didn’t do any diet I ate what I want and I’m not really too disappointed with the results. I’ll measure again tomorrow before doing the workout because right now I took a shower and I think it kinda made my body a bit plump so yea I’ll update again tomorrow morning (idk if that makes sense but yeaaa)

In the morning
Right leg : 20.2 inches
Left leg : 20.4 inches
[didn’t do the workout just updating cuz we are said to be the thinnest in the morning

Leg circles forward 1 min.
Leg circles backward 1 min.
Rainbow leg raises 1 min.

THIS REALLY WORKS!!!! I did this for like a week and my thighs are sooo slimmer and I have been so happy they look soo good and toned....💓Sanne Vander is the best cause only her exercises work for me and now I have been so proud and I can finally wear those clothes that I want to😄

EXERCISES:

1. Leg raise
2. Elbow Touches
3. Butt Touches
4. Leg Circles Forwards
5. Leg Circles Backwards
6. Alternating Leg Raises
(each exercise is to be done for at least 30 seconds)
