day 2 - ✓

thighs : 42.5 cm ( lost 0.5 cm )
calves : 32 cm ( lost 0.5 cm )

day 3 - ✓

thighs : 41 cm ( lost 1.5 cm )
calves : 32 cm

day 4 - ✓

thighs : 41 cm
calves : 31.5 cm ( lost 0.5 cm )

day 5 - ✓

thighs : 41 cm
calves : 31 cm ( lost 0.5 cm )

day 6 - ✓

thighs : 41.5 cm ( gain 0.5 cm idk why )

day 13 - ✓

thighs : 39.6 cm ( lost 4 cm )
calves : 30 cm ( lost 1 cm, probably because I stretched my calf against the wall for 15 minutes straight )

day 14 - ✓

calves : 30 cm

day 15 - BREAK! ( but i did squats 40 times )

thighs : 39.3 cm ( lost 0.2 cm )
calves : 30 cm

EDIT : OKAY GUYS I'M SO SORRY BECAUSE OF MY LATE UPDATING MY WORKOUT. I HAVE NO INTERNET FOR 3 DAYS SO I JUST RECORDED IT IN MY DIARY SO NOW I HAVE MY INTERNET BACK AND LET'S GET THIS! (sorry for my poor grammars)

day 16 - i didn't do this workout but i did emi's slim thighs workout.

thighs : 40 cm ( gain 0.7 cm )
calves : 30.2 cm ( gain 0.2 cm )

day 17 - i did this workout twice a day. morning and evening.

thighs : 39.5 cm ( lost 0.5 cm )
calves : 30 cm ( lost 0.2 cm )

day 18 & 19 - BREAKK! *my thighs has improved and can freely do exercise without getting exhausted as before*

day 20 - still doesn't do this workout but I still on my diet.

thighs : 39.5 cm
calves : 30 cm

day 21 - i did this workout along with some cardios exercise.

thighs : 39.2 cm ( lost 0.3 cm )
calves : 30 cm

day 22 - i did emi's workout

thighs : 39 cm ( lost 0.2 cm )

*my legs look kinda toned from before*

day 23 & 24 - BREAKK! + i'm not on my diet

day 25 - i did this workoutt.

out of all the thigh workouts I have done this one is the best!
(Forgot to record workout) But i could totally see a big difference after 2 days! Amazing. I started doing 2 thigh workouts a day, even my mom said my thighs look skinnier 💀.
10/10 would recommend.

your workouts are actually perfects for me, i never stuck through yoga but you helped me understand why it’s good and i realised how my muscles are working, i’d usually give up with any workout but stuck all the way through yours

just as motivation… i started doing slim thigh workouts in august bc they had gotten so bulky due to sports. the week of christmas i woke up with a thigh gap and since then i’ve been motivated to continue working out. this is definitely the best thigh slimming workout i’ve done.
