I work out everyday in the gym with your videos and I've lost 5kg (with nutrition control of course) and have a much tones ab than before.

Unlike what some may say you can do this exercise with no weights and still build muscle.  It all depends where you start.  If you are already in shape the weights will help to tone up but if you are already toned up and in shape this exercise will just keep you in shape (which isn't a bad thing at all).  If you are already toned and in shape then combine this exercise with other exercises (say run two miles then do this exercise) that will provide more of a challenge or do several of her workouts back to back.

However, if your goal is only to build muscle you can hit the free weights which will help you build muscle quicker.  However, most women don't want to look like a body builder and want to tone up which makes this an awesome exercise.

If you have some weakness in your knees from injuries, is there a leg workout that can strengthen and support your knees, without too much strain/risk of damage? I'd really appreciate a how-to video! I love working out to your videos 3+ times a week! It keeps me motivated!
