It works!! However I stopped eating alot of sugar for a few weeks, but I only saw changes since I started doing this workout (I've been doing it for only 3 days) I definitely recommend doing it in the morning aswell

Once i was healthy everyone called me chubby and now i am slim so everyone calls me skinny, under weight, unhealthy

❤Day 1: make exercises, but my knees hurt, and with my stretch the one of this exercises were a little difficult but bearable) (I put my hand on my knee and I felt my knee is so warm after the exercises)
Results by the first day; of course no difference
❤Day 2: make exercises, when I did this it was a little easier than the first day, but my knees were red after my carpet😂😂
Results by the second day: no difference, But never give up!
❤ Day 3: I did, easier that last days
Results by the third day: easier to do but no difference
❤ Day 4: easier for right left on one exercise but bearable
Results by the forth day: maybe my Legs FEELING stronger
❤️Day 5: it was same as the 4 day
Results by the fifth day: legs feeling stronger and better
❤️ Day 6: it was easier to do! Never give up
Results by the sixth day: idk if really my legs slimmer but I’m feeling stronger
❤️ Day 7: I’m feeling really stronger and it was so easy to do with right leg
Results by the seventh day: when I wore my jeans my legs in the mirror were slimmer, I really recommend this workout But the results not soon ) 🍾❤️

Good exercises, but we can never target a specific area, we should do full body exercises such as cardio, hits a balanced diet ( a healthy diet ) and avoid fast food, sodas, junk food

GUYS i have done it now for like 1 month but I DIDNT do it every day I did the second one for about 2 days and my thighs are so smaller then before the second one is so good and easy too but the first one I start it rn ITS SO HARD AND it’s like a lizard but I will try it and update y’all but pls don’t hate ur leg or any part of ur body ur pretty and stunning ur own way ❤❤

những bài tập kiểu này chỉ giành Cho những bạn có khớp gối khỏe, đầu gối khỏe.. còn những bạn có khớp gối hay kêu cụp cụp Thì nên hạn chế tập kiểu này vì đây là sự trải nghiệm từ bản thân mình.. khớp gối mình không dẻo dai sau khi áp dụng những động tác này mình nhận thấy đầu gối có phần bị chấn thương và đau đớn..
