So glad I found this channel. I had hip surgery at 39, but I've never been 100%. Wish I had been doing pilates the last five years. This feels like I'm back on my road to less pain.

Thanks for the great video Jessica. You mentioned stabilising the hip before doing other exercises like squats. Does this mean to focus on these exercises for a few weeks before moving onto different exercises or to do them together but PT first?

Thanks for this. I teach pilates and do all of these exercises regularly. Good to know they're helping my hip health. What do I need to do if I'm feeling a click on one side during some of the moves?

Iโ€™ve got pain in my groin which radiates down my leg it sort of migrates between my groin and hip and is worst when I lift my leg. I think it came from going back to running too quickly. Can you recommend any exercises to heal and strengthen the area? Thank you so much for these videos.

Hi Jessica! I love your videos and tried this one out today. I don't have particularly painful hips, but they are very tight. Would this routine help in that case? I had no problem doing this routine at all, but I wonder if there might be a better routine for me to use.

Hi Jessica, this is my first ever exposure to Pilates. I dread any exercise that is slow and boring. LOL. I am a boxer and I love running. Recently been sidelined with an SI joint problem. What Pilates exercises would you suggest I work on? Core and low back or hip? It's all tied together, right? Maybe a little bit of everything? Thanks for your videos and I am going to try to stick with them so I can heal and strengthen my stabilizer muscles.
