Wow, these postures and movements are excellent! I know the focus is on lower face toning, but additional incredible benefits I receive from doing reps of each is tension release/relief all over my face, from chin to forehead, and neck to top of my head. I have TMJ & Sinusitis regularly, along with tension headaches, so there's a lot of inflammation going on, and these exercises help a lot. I appreciate you for sharing this! Thank you & be well 💫✌😊

Καλημερα αγαπητη μου, δε παρακολουθω συχνα εισαι καταπληκτικη.Θελω να σε ρωτησω, πρεπει να κανουμε τις ασκησεις συνεχομενα η να τις χωριζουμε δτη διαρκεια της μερας;Αν τις εκτελεσω μαζι μου παιρνει περιπου τρια τεταρτα της ωρας.Ποια ειναι η γνωμη σου;Σε χαιρετω απο Ελλαδα.
