I am 26 and I was unable to get pregnant for almost a year. I didn’t know diabetics was the cause and I found it it was above 330 when i tested after fasting but I changed my life style and i quit all the carbs and finally I got it to 220 after fasting I couldn’t bring down than that finally I saw this video in couple of days dropped to 170 even after eating thank you so much I hope this may help me to normalize my sugar level without any medication

47yrs old with pre-diabetic (2019 GDM during pregnancy) no any medication prescribed just controlling my daily diet. After breakfast today, my blood sugar 8.5 (2 hrs post meal) . Done this exercise and after 35min my blood sugar reduce to 6.7. Thank you for your guidance. Will do this exercise everyday.

The time passes so quickly. I’m 74 and couldn’t do a lunge although I am very active. I CAN DO A LUNGE AFTER ONLY 2 Weeks doing the videos. I’m so proud of myself. Thank you.

I checked my blood sugar it came 290 after 2 hours of my breakfast... i got this video and after doing this i rechceked it and it was 245... I am so grateful to you for sharing these exercises! My glucose 2 hours after lunch was 133. I felt like that was a little too high. I went searching for lowering blood sugar fast, and here I am; I am happy to report that my glucose level dropped by 25 points— from 133 to 108!

I do alot of walking even if i am at work.. i started watching your video last night and i loved seeing you..and today morning i did exercise along with you..i did twice..I Want to lower down my HbA1C... Okay, I have been really working on my blood sugar for nearly three years a. snd have also been doing 18 hr daily fast for almost a year. Still suffering from High blood sugar at readings. SO my bloodsugar was at 197 before this exercise and just took it 172 down 35 points in 10 minutes. AMAZING
