This video was literally made for me, ive been struggling with knee pain since I was a young teen and no matter how strong my legs got, my knees still had the same pain. Using this videos advice, my knees are already starting for feel better.

That exercise is primary to me keeping my knees strong. Any time I’m consistent with this exercise I feel my knees much more well rounded and a lot of my mobility issues lesson.

I once had a fitness trainer n on the first day they had me doing push n pull ups n squats then straight into weights. I couldn't walk for 3 days n had immense lower back pain. Until I discovered your video on back pain.

So glad this popped up in my feed. I’m 55 and have had knee pain for several years, and I didn’t know if there was anything I could do about it. My previous doctor basically told me it’s age. I’ve looked online for exercise ideas, but they caused more pain. I injured my good knee, my left knee a couple of weeks ago hiking. Now I have the pain you mentioned in BOTH knees. I’ll start this exercise today. I’ll try to come back and post my progress. No promises. Thank you for this info.

Got a horrible knee injury once and decided to change my entire life after my physio told me about all the knee issues that people have. It’s not an individual issue but a human issue, we have all evolved with bad knees, the only solution is to work them, make the muscles stronger and exercise. Everyone needs to do strength training and especially when heavy weights are involved, the form is extremely important, this guy is a life saver when it comes to that.
