⁉️ When you feel a popping or snapping in your knee, you may have one of several problems. It can be Mechanical Popping, Crepitus or Tendon Snapping.

🔎 The sensation of a pop in the knee can be described by the following:
* An audible "pop": You may feel a sudden tear in or around the knee during exercise and hear a pop at the same time.
* Sudden, severe pain: Pain that prevents normal movement of the knee joint may occur.
* Weakness and instability in the knee: You will likely be unable to bear weight on the affected knee.
* Bruising and swelling
* A catching, locking sensation

* Torn meniscus
* Ageing
* Heredity
* Lifting heavy objects
* Playing fast paced sports
* Falling or twisting foot planted
* Being struck in the knee
* Cartilage injury
* Patellar tendon tear
* Torn ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament)
* LCL (Lateral Collateral Ligament) Sprain
* Torn MCL (Medial Collateral Ligament)
* PCL (Posterior Cruciate Ligament) Injury
* Patellar tracking impairments
