Welcome to week four's mindful asana practice where we continue our uncovering our capacity to be with and care for all that passes through our awareness. This is practice for the entire body with slightly shorter holds. Here we will explore connecting to that part of ourselves that is the space itself within which all phenomena is coming and going, and to the part of ourselves that is witness to all the comings and goings.
See you Friday for our yoga nidra practice, where we will explore resting deeply from that witnessing, calm and steady center, observing the divine play as it unfolds.
