I've been doing your workouts for 2 weeks now alternating between upper and lower body + core and my waist has never been more snatched, my legs are thinner, my back pain is gone and most important, I'm having fun! I hate the gym and always felt so tired after, but these workouts got me energized!

My wrists hurts, but it was so worth it, i made day 1 yesterday, and today day 2, im really trying this time and hope to see results soon ❤❤

I am new on pilates and I didn't expect to get sweat that much, but it's literally all of my body! I love how it's killing me inside and feel satisfied at the same time, it was so worth it! Thanks, Madeline <3

I have PCOS and been doing HIIT workouts for the past 3 months. Although I genuinely did get stronger, but I observed no change in my shape or weight per say. I heard the advice of women who reversed their pcos through pilates, yoga, etc. Basically exact contrary to HIIT. Yesterday, I started with this 2 week plan and I wish to get in better health, I am aware it takes time and isn't instant so I will be sticking by for the next few months.

Fastest 20 mins ever oml, I love thisss!! My arms were shaking so bad, I had to take 5 sec breaks for the plank and downward dog stuff

I have never been consistent doing workout never if I do workout the day I don't do for next 4 5 days which distrub my body structure.
But, now I serious.I did day 1 workout yesterday and completed day 2 day hope to be consistent can't wait to see result and achieve ideal dream body😭💜 goodluck girlies.

edit: i never finished after two days just because i got my period and couldn't get back into it. trying not to be harsh on myself i am starting again today. i will always start again and always love myself.

day 1 = completed smoothly yesterday it was quiet easy
day 2 = drastic change from yesterday for me personally, but loved it. much more sweating and i did only about 12 minutes of the workout with breaks and bad form compared to yesterday but i dont care because i have NEVER ever worked out and i am so proud of myself. good luck everyone! i WILL complete the two weeks, then move onto the one month new plan coming up. i feel so so good. about to shower rn


i have a feeling i will be leaving some workouts incomplete for the first two weeks but its okay! this is just the beginning 😊

I haven't worked out in two months cuz I've been sliggettibg back into my depression slump (Eating Disorder, No proper Rest, no motivation ect.) and somehow i just got up At 5 am to do this and i actually really enjoyed It <33
