We always talk here about our kids' health and the importance of keeping them active, right? But they don't need to spend a lot of time exercising, the most important thing is to exercise regularly, no matter how long they take to do it.

Today's routine for kids is a super quick workout, and can be done as many times as they want or can handle. We're going to start the workout with some warm-up movements followed by slow cardio exercises, progressing to faster HIIT exercises. We'll alternate these cardio movements with full-body standing routines that challenge the body's major muscles. This will promote a fast fat burning and also strengthen the little ones' muscles, keeping them fit, healthy and strong!
