This is very difficult for me! I have trouble doing the right rotation of the wrists :/

The first exercise is not as easy as it seems. At first my wrist was clicking, as I was not utilizing proper muscles to do the rotations. After doing the practice with 50% speed, I got a better feel for the exercise
