CARDIO CIRCUIT: 40-seconds on, 20-second rest for ONE round!

2A) Squat Jacks
2B) Scissor Jacks
2C) Sit Throughs
2D) Mountain Climbers

2F) Bear Crawl Side To Side
2G) Sprint in Place

Cool Down: 40-seconds on, 10-second transition for ONE round!

Wow! My lungs were on fire! Love the sit throughs. Need to work on my bear crawls. Need to keep my butt and knees lower and engage my core more. Those two seem to work together to keep proper form with the bear crawls. Hmm, imagine that.

I will do this tomorrow. I did a chest workout followed by repeating Day 1 of the 14 Day Ab Challenge, this morning.
