I like that you not only helped us identity the problem but also gave us a practical tool to overcome it. Well done Lauren!

A friend in college never got triggered. He found rude comments or whatever might trigger others as humorous and would just laugh. Loved thst about him.

This was wonderful! CEO is a great tool that I’m glad to now have in my back pocket. I also enjoyed hearing your personal story and how much you have overcome, learned and now get to share to help others. Thank you!!

I love using Ted talks as gaining knowledge to help myself and others. I love how some Ted talks happen just when you are ready to listen to the message and actually apply it. I grew up on the Rez and am scared that I raised children that are coddled. The triggers here in my community here on the Rez may end a little differently than other communities. I have always remained cool under pressure and turned my negative environment into positive. I even have been in life threatening situations where I was not scared and was able to diffuse the situation to resolution.❤Thanks you all ❤

Gosh, I really needed your wise words this morning. My in-laws are coming to stay later today and my father-in-law is my trigger, to the point that I now dread their visits. I was planning to quietly leave the room every time he wound me up but now I will definitely be using your suggested approach. Thank you. :)
