I wanted to thank you for your help. I have been able to take my self off of the 3 blood pressure medications. Your introduction to fitness was a vital part of my recovery from an aortic disection. I am now back to jogging, surfing and everything else I loved to do before my heart problems. Thank you

I got hbp during pregnancy and it hasn't yet stabilized after delivering it's been 3 months postpartum and it is still not stable. I kind of missed the "don't take medication yet" so I took medication plus worked out which thankfully allowed me to have my baby at 9 months and now I'm on two bp meds, exercise and reduced on salt intake still the numbers are unstable... Few weeks in after taking my medication it is making me feel lightheaded and weak so now I skip and take every after two days but it still makes me feel lightheaded.
I really want to go of this medication completely so these exercises will definitely help me cause my Dr's advice was bad last time he really discouraged me on top of it prescribed a third drug so I'm not taking that third drug and simply working on myself and will try looking for another Dr.
But thank you for your encouraging words while exercising and come next month I'll definitely give an update on progress.

I'm very grateful to you for these well put together blood pressure exercises. I started them about nine months ago and within one month l saw great results right now my BP is 112/77 and it has been that way for the past 4 to 6 months, also thanks for the evening exercises because whenever l missed my morning exercises l always promise myself to do it later in the evening and l never get to it, Your evening exercises are my motivation to pick up what l left off during the morning period. Thanks much.

My blood pressure is still not stable, but I appreciate the movement medicine. Whenever I'm consistent. My pressure usually goes down .

Hi Caroline, I’m your new subscriber from Sydney. I found your videos just few days ago about lowering blood pressure they really effective my BP drops. This video suits me better as I’m working 8 hrs a day and a mom so it feels like working even at home lol. I do these exercises every night and for me they are not only fun to do but also relaxing as muscles are stretching after a long day, the sweating whenever I finished feels like there are toxins exiting my body. Hello Caroline, I have been doing your morning workouts for lowering blood pressure and since my bp keeps fluctuating I have started doing your evening workouts as well and I am doing it 2 hours after dinner and 1 hour before bedtime. Is it ok to do so @carolinejordan?
