If you want to get healthy and lower your blood sugar levels (whether you're diabetic or not), adding in a 15 min walk after eating meals is a great way to do so. Exercise will also help to improve mood and will help you to get a more restful sleep. Total step count today is 1606 steps.

After 3 full days cutting the grass, clearing leaves and making new border edging in the garden I have finally made the time to enjoy your latest video Jules!

Jules!!! We do your seated workouts daily but today I was able to do the first five min of this fun workout with my walking sticks for support. It was hard but so much fun! I will do another five min two more times later today so i get the 15 in and then we will do a seated one with weights as well.
Been on these dang walking sticks a year since a car wreck so this is a miracle to me as I need to retrain my upright muscles and strengthen my bones.

Glad I found this. I am doing bi-weekly partial water change on my aquariums while doing this exercise. Feels great to do two tasks at once.
