Ive done this a couple of times now and even though I can’t do the planks, I thoroughly enjoy this work out. You keep adding videos and it makes it harder for me to decide which one to do haha. So glad you have a 3rd one for reducing blood pressure. I plan to do them every day. It's good to cycle the 3 sessions. This will be my 3rd day and feeling good just after a couple of sessions. I love your pacing, the recovery periods and modifications. It makes it so doable and yet at the same time I feel I've had a great workout. Thank you!

For me this is an excellent workout so far - I highly recommend Richard if, like me, you need a gentle re-introduction to exercise and are overweight and over age. Thanks Richard !!!

Thank you mr. Richard i went to hospital and my BP was 156/110 but after doing you work outs for 6 days it reduced to 132\90 thank you so much you are a life saver.

These are great excercises for lowering blood pressure. My blood pressure droped from about 140/90 to about 120/70 within two weeks.
