Feel more confident when walking ✅

If you feel unbalanced and hesitant when walking- you may find yourself taking shorter, slower steps. You also may avoid certain areas, especially new or busy areas due to lack of confidence.

With just a couple of simple moves you can start to improve your balance and reduce your worries ☝🏽

Join @foreverfitwithmitch and I as we show you 4️⃣ movements to help you practice your balance and stability so you feel free to walk anywhere and with whomever you’d like!

Think about how much easier running errands, visiting friends, traveling and shopping would be if you didn’t have to worry you were going to fall 🙌🏼

Use these 4 movements as a warm up in the morning or before you’re going to head out somewhere. The goal would be 2-3 sets and every day if possible (every other day will work too) 😇

⚠️ IMPORTANT: when practicing balance, please use support as needed and have a surface near you just in case. Safety is of utmost importance.

That is so doable! I can do a short period of time a couple of times a day. I have had problems with balance and some exercises help me but seem a bit cumbersome. For example, in physical therapy I did the same sideway walk, but they had me do a long distance one way before going the other way. I never wanted to do it at home. But you show it can be only a few steps one way and then the other. Dah! Why didn’t I learn to do it like that sooner. Thank you.

I had my right hip replacement on 13 Aug and I am so glad that I push and got it done. Now just left one, but I love this exercises, it help me so much.. can't wait to start again.
