Doing this everyday for two weeks to improve my 100m and 200m sprint.

My current speed for 100m is 25.25 seconds. I feel that I could have gone a bit faster if I had an opponent, but I’d say it’s still pretty accurate.

Day 1: done but I literally could not do the first exercise it was so hard, I just ended up doing the jumping part for the 1st exercise. Overall the whole workout was very hard but I could still do it with breaks. (Again I could not do the first exercise)

Day 2: My body was aching so bad I could not do the exercises 💀 But I did do some skip rope and pogo hops.

Day 3: I did about half the workout, my legs were still a bit sore and I hadn’t gotten the time. But I did walk/run today and did some pogo jumps.

Day 4: Did the whole workout (except the first exercise)

Day 5: I have completed the entire workout except the first exercise.

I will be doing this and a second workout every day till August 2023, to see how much i improve!

Duration: 3 months

Right now i run about 20km/h

I tried this for 1 day before my top speed was 3.31 running down a basketball court now it’s 3.01 I am doing this until Saturday for my basketball wish me luck if I win

I'll be doing this until December 2023 to see if I improve. Rn my topspeed is roughly 28km/h (17.5mph) and my 100m time is 12.9 seconds

Edit (October 27th): My topspeed is roughly 34.4km/h (21.5mph) and my last 100m time was 11.46 seconds. My athleticism has increased greatly and I can also jump far higher than before
