Love it❤❤ I’ve been locked in on my handles and vert. Locked in on handles because I know that’s my strength but someday I would love to dunk even @ 50-age(currently 30yrs old). Nice to see my guy doing vert training 💪💪❤❤

I don’t have any specific sport but I just want to improve my physical health and capabilities, so thank you!

Guys dont do more than 5 reps, it will develop the slow twitch muscle fibers instead of fast twitch muscle fibers which are responsible for explosive movements. Your slow twitch fibers get developed during your regular workouts for hypertrophy which is more than 6 reps and plyometrics is a type of strength training meaning less than 6 reps. Plyometrics also put a lot of pressure on the joints and could easily damage it which could stunt growth if still growing. No more than 75 total reps of plyometrics, you could do 3 plyometrics exercises for 5 sets and 5 reps or 5 plyometrics exercises of 3 sets of 5 reps (this is what I recommend). If you don’t feel sore after you don’t need to worry as plyometrics are not supposed to make your sore like weight lifting, din’t overdo it because you don’t feel sore it is very easy to overdo plyometrics and ruin your body and gains. Take around 2-3 minutes of rest in between sets. Also no more than 3 plyometric days.

I recommend harder reps with heavy weights along with this. You can’t really gain leg muscles with this video but this helps your strength and explosive movement

you can also do squat jumps. For a person that didnt have a good vertical and enough strength to jump, this honestly helped me.

srry if im wrong but this works out your glutes and legs right?

I ain’t gon lie, in school I couldn’t even touch the backboard but when I started doing spilt squat for thirty days straight I noticed big changes in my hops and not only I can touch the backboard I can even touch the rim.

From today onwards today is my cardio and plyometrics day😁

Went on a run (don’t know how long I just went out there and did it) came back and did some split squats, the exercises in this vid and finished with some jump rope. I am dead. But this is my Friday morning routine now😁 (didn’t get any sleep so I was up at 5:30am and just decided to do all this, like you do of course)
