Perfect examples, I did all these exact exercises before and my sciatica nerve issue got solved, was searching a good video for a friend. This is perfect one.
Bonus tip : use a medical belt for back support as well. Really effective

Many thanks for the exercises and your easy delivery. Physios give these exercises for sciatica, but you put them together in a simple and short video.

Great routine. Would you be able to do a daily workout for those with sciatica and back pain combined with a core strength workout ? I would find doing the same routine everyday very helpful if it was specifically designed to strengthen my core and diminish my sciatica.

I came across your video on incontinence and found it to be helpful. I am, however, not able to do the kegel exercises lying down on the floor. I had a total knee replacement and so unable to do excercises on the floor. Do you have suggestions for exercises that I can do while standing up?
