Knocked knees or knee valgus (genu valgum) can be caused by genetic disorders blah blah blah... but most people have this condition when squatting and sitting not due to some predisposed problem but rather imbalances developed over time. In this video I show you how to address the problem and fix those imbalances so that you can fix your knocked knees.

I don't think people realize that people with bent in knees have no self confidence. Like me, I have a really bad case. Everytime I wear jeans/legging or a dress (if I ever do because I ride horses) I look in the mirror and it just kills me inside. My parents don't believe in the surgery and I'm only 15 so I can't do the surgery

Hi Marija Mirosaljevic, I know EXACTLY what you are going through. I cannot wear skinny jeans because whenever I do I see people staring at my legs then they look at me and just stare. I feel so conscious of my legs so I only wear midi dresses or midi skirts. My brother said my knees look like they've been in a car accident. I have high arches-no flat feet at all. I thank God my daughters have straight legs....in fact they tend to get alot of compliments on how sexy their legs look. I'm envious of that but I try not to let my legs affect me but it's hard especially when people look at my legs and their looks remind me of how deformed my legs look from being knock knees. I'm so glad to read your comment and find I'm not the only one going through this.

LOL I like this guy. Such a character. Very entertaining way of explaining. I have had knee problems since I was a child, probably over-strengthened the inward muscles when I was in gymnastics if it's just knock knees. Finally, almost 20 years after the issue started, I'm trying to find some solutions. I was cracking up during this video.

My left knee clicks and really shoots a pain and its hard to do a squat my right leg is fine but my left knee will have pain and won't give

Hi I’m 16 yrs old I have knocked knees too. I was born with knocked knees and my mom has knocked knees too. It’s such a struggle that people don’t understand. I have low self esteem because of my knees, and being a teenager and being in high school people are so mean and quick to point it out. I honestly don’t care what they have to say I just want to look good for me and feel good. I’ve never really thought about the surgery to fix my knees but I am going to bring it up to my mom but most likely she’s gonna say no. I’m gonna try these exercises to see if it helps. I really hope it does because I hate how noticeable it is when I wear jeans and I can always tell when people look at my legs. I will keep updates on how everything is going;)

Hey Pigmie I've just started to work on some breaking and tricking the past year or so. And I can do windmills, flare a 540 etc. but, I've found I get tired very fast whenever I practice so could you make a video on how to build up your stamina. please and thank you I love all your videos keep up the good work:)
