genu valgum (knock knee) inward bend of your knees. minor sbko hota hai, aur iske multiple reason ho skte hain !!

1. Structural deviation by birth
2. Can be caused by a muscle which you cannot know.

3. Due to flat feet or pronation of your feet !!

4. Increased lower body fat. Etc etc

Which can't be fixed by stretching exercise. Because it is a structural deviation, surgery if the last option, and success rate in not that good.

Par knock knees se darne ki baat nai hai, aap apne pairo ko mazboot karo aur usse hone vale consequences se bacho..


What you can do :-

1. Focus more on strengthening of your leg muscle by adding safer options like, leg extension, leg curls, machine squats, rdl etc.

2. Dont stretch your joints unnecessarily..
