To anybody who's reading this, I pray that whatever is hurting you or whatever you are constantly stressing about gets better. May the dark thoughts, the overthinking, and the doubt exit your mind. May clarity replace confusion. May peace and calmness fill your life. I hope anything that bothers you and makes you feel depressed will go away and you will feel comfortable with this video. Don't worry, tomorrow is a new day. Start over. It's not too late yet.

I'm Thai-Buddhist, this is the daily practice in the morning and before go to bed. Atleast each 10-20 min per day. I can see how's changing inside my mind. Also the good result of daily routine as working, workout, reading book. I can more focus on the thing in front of me without distraction.

1. Over thinking does not help, it distracts you. You can plan but not over think.
2. Be mindful - breathing pattern to bring you to the present. If you are sad, you are living in the past, if you are anxious, you are living in the future. By living in the present, you will remain peaceful
3. What-if pattern - be positive, negativity kills the peacefulness

It's easy to say overthinking never helps you, but it's very difficult to avoid overthinking if you have that much of crises in your life.

There's no word to express my feelings when I listen to your preach . My mind becomes calm with inner peace like deep ocean, no waves. I feel after listen to you since past few months I've changed.Now I've no worries, sadness in difficult situations. Thank You for everything !
