I'm new to kettlebell system, but I box amateur as a workout pretty much and I want to do at least one amateur bout eventually oh, I'm 50 years old young :-) but your workouts are pretty awesome I've been working out bodybuilding calisthenics all my life but your workouts are very practical are very efficient thanks a lot bro.
